The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a king-size bed, and the third bedroom features two queen-size beds. Our large lanai wraps around 3/4ths of the house and provides the perfect spot for taking in the stunning coastal surroundings. Each bedroom has its own private entrance to the lanai, leading directly to the beach. The villa boasts white granite countertops and white marble bathrooms, adding to the luxurious feel of the Spanish-style hacienda. The fully-equipped commercial kitchen, complete with a Sub-Zero fridge and commercial stove, is perfect for entertaining large groups. The patio features a chill-out lounge that can accommodate everyone, as well as a large Costa Rican-made teak dining table, perfect for meals surrounded by the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Our property is home to a variety of fruit trees, including banana, lemon, sweet lemon, papaya, avocado, guayaba, and sour sap. Situated on a quiet bay at the beginning of Playa Santa Teresa, just after Playa Carmen, you will enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, with many species of iguanas, birds, and monkeys to discover. The tidal pools located just out front offer a unique experience, and the epic surf is just a 5-minute walk down the beach.
